available in two formats:
As an Electronic Book
(e-Book) which is downloaded and saved to your computer ready for
printing, or as a loose leaf
Printed Book, for convenient photocopying, packaged in a plastic envelope.
Online ordering? All credit card purchases are handled through CCNOW. They provide a secure on-line server so your transactions are protected. To shop, simply browse

Can I use an alternative method of payment, other than a
credit card? Yes, you can mail your order with payment by check or money order.

If you are ordering for a school, school board or company we will accept your order by fax
and send an invoice. more information
How long before I receive my ebook order? After your credit card information has been received and approved by CCNOW we
receive your details from them and process your order.
Your order
confirmation and opening instructions are sent to the email address you have
provided. Delivery times may depend on your time zone, location or internet
traffic and could take a few hours before receiving your order.

How do I open my ebook? Just click on the link that we send
you, it will open automatically and can then be saved and printed. Occasionally, problems may occur in the download.
Usually, these are minor problems that can be easily resolved, if you need
further help go to our support page or email us and we’ll gladly help you resolve this issue.
Purchasing a printed version When your credit card information has been received and approved by CCNOW we
receive your details from them and process your order, you will then receive an
order confirmation. Your order is then shipped by US Priority Mail
or Air Mail by Canada Post on the following business day.
Can I order from another country? Yes,if you are ordering from a country other than the USA
or Canada, please note that ebooks are available worldwide and the price
includes delivery.
Printed books are only available in the USA and Canada.
What is the Return Policy Within 15 days of receiving of your order, you may
return it for any reason, and receive a refund. Return policy
