About eBooks
What's an eBook?
An eBook is an electronic version of a printed book. It offers numerous benefits over traditional books. First, it's available
almost immediately. After your order is processed you will receive a link to download your
eBook. Second, eBooks offer extra flexibility and convenience because once you've downloaded your eBook you can read it directly on your computer or print out a hard copy
or save it to a disc, whatever you'd like.
How do I read my eBook?
Reading your eBook is very easy - all you need is the Adobe Reader program installed on your computer.
More than likely you already have a version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. But if you don't, it's available
free from the
Adobe web site. If you're not sure whether you have Adobe Reader installed on your system, we recommend downloading and installing the latest version.
Our eBooks are made available in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format (Portable Document Format). PDF files are one of the most common types of electronic documents.
Adobe created Acrobat Reader as a Viewer for publications that are
created in .pdf. These documents can be viewed on PC or Mac computers. The
text, graphics and photos will appear and print just as they were created,
and are not dependent on the fonts & settings of the computer that is
being used for viewing.

What happens when I place my order?
Once you submit your order and the transaction is approved, you will receive an order confirmation
which will include the links to download your eBooks. Delivery times may depend on your time zone, location or internet
traffic and could take a few hours before receiving your order.
If you have never ordered an ebook before, please
read this information.
eBooks are yours to keep indefinitely: however
it is important to save your eBook to your computer, where you
can access it as often as you like, each eBook link is
available for fourteen days. If you wait that long after you order to download your
eBook, the link may have expired. Please contact us to get a new link if yours expired before you had a chance to download your
eBook.
Occasionally, problems may occur in the download.

All files are checked prior to downloading by
AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).

Printed Books
Printed
books are only available in Canada and the USA.
International customers please order ebooks.
Printed units are loose leaf for easy photocopying and are
packaged in a 11"X 9" clear vinyl envelope.
When you order a Print version it will be sent the following business day by Priority Air Mail.
We
use either the US Postal Service or Canada Post. Air Mail delivery is included
in the price of each
printed unit.
Delivery times may
vary from 3 - 7 business days depending on the destination.
Return Policy
Return policy applies to printed materials only.
Within 15 days of receiving of your order, you may
return it for any reason, and receive a refund in the amount of the price paid
for the merchandise less shipping costs.
Before returning merchandise please
notify us of your intentions to: returns@teachertimesavers.com
We can only accept returned
merchandise sent by Canada Post or the US Postal Service.
Specifics:
- Teaching publications and materials must be
returned in their original condition with no markings or other damage. or we
will not be able to issue a refund for the purchase.
- The shipping fee paid by the customer at the
time of purchase will be refunded only if the return is due to our error
(i.e., we sent the wrong publications).
- The return-shipping fee (what you pay to send
us the publications) will be refunded only if the return is due to our error

We will notify you via email of your
refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Your refund
will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. This
process takes 10 -14 business days.
