Ordering Tips
If you order an ebook
using a school, school board, university or government email
address, an installed firewall or filter may stop the download. If
you are not sure if this is the case, include an
alternate email address with your order. We will send your order to both
addresses.
If
your ebook doesn't arrive in your email inbox
within a few hours after ordering.
Please check your
bulk or junk mail folder for the following:
Sender: Teacher Timesavers
Subject: will be the title which you
have ordered.
If you are
using spam filters of any kind you should set them to allow
email from Teachertimesavers.com
- Hotmail: Place the domain
name TEACHERTIMESAVERS.COM in
your “safe list.” This can be accessed via the “Options”
link next to the main menu tabs.
- AOL: Add the domain name TEACHERTIMESAVERS.COM
to your address book.
- Yahoo!: If the ebook is
filtered to your “bulk” folder, open the message and click on
the “This is not Spam” link next to the “From” field.
- Other providers: Add the
domain name TEACHERTIMESAVERS.COM
to your address book or contact list.
